Tickets are on sale NOW. Limited availability.
NO REFUND POLICY
We are a small team and cannot refund tickets. However, you can pass on tickets without changing names. Anyone with a valid ticket will get access to the event. If you wish to resell your ticket, we recommend to advertise it on FB groups or ask your friends.
Picnic Policy
Please DO NOT bring your own food or drinks.
We are a not-for-profit event and we cover our programme costs with the sale of food & beverages. Without sales, we couldn't cover such a comprehensive programme for our guests. Thank you for your support and collaboration!
Transport
Pubic transport encouraged.
Richmond has an Underground, Overground and train station. Bus 65/731 from Richmond station to Sandpits Road (2min walk).
No parking at the school! Free public parking nearby on Ham Street by the Palm Centre or Riverside Drive (5-10min walk). Ticket holders will receive email with all information ahead of the event.
Dogs
The German School operates a no dog policy.
Payments
We are a cashless event. Card payments are accepted for any purchase during the event.

Weather
The event will take place in any weather.
Sunny weather will allow us to enjoy the beautiful gardens at the German School.
There is a generous indoor space with seating available in case of poor weather.

Vegetarian/Vegan
There is a selection of vegetarian and vegan options available.
Raclette is suitable for vegetarians.
Vegan sausages are available.

Accessibility & Changing facilities
The venue is wheelchair accessible. People with restricted mobility can be dropped off in front of the school.
The German School has changing facilities for children.
