Tickets & Refunds

Tickets are on sale NOW. Limited availability.

NO REFUND POLICY
We are a small team and cannot refund tickets. However, you can pass on tickets without changing names. Anyone with a valid ticket will get access to the event. If you wish to resell your ticket, we recommend to advertise it on FB groups or ask your friends.



 

Picnic Policy

Please DO NOT bring your own food or drinks. 


We are a not-for-profit event and we cover our programme costs with the sale of food & beverages. Without sales, we couldn't cover such a comprehensive programme for our guests. Thank you for your support and collaboration!



 

Transport

Pubic transport is strongly encouraged.

The Swiss Church in London is within easy walking distance from Tottenham Court Road Underground and Elizabeth Line stations, Holborn and Covent Garden underground stations.

As a venue in the heart of London there is no public parking facility.

Ticket holders will receive an email with all information ahead of the event.

Dogs

The Swiss Church in London operates a no dog policy.

We are a cashless event. Card payments are accepted for any purchase during the event.
